Dear All,
Is there a way in COOT to enforce helical backbone torsion angles?
Suppose I have built a couple of additional residues at the termini of
an already placed helix (with "Place helix here"), observe in the
density (low resolution) that they are also helical. Essentially I
would like a command that arranges these residues into a helix. From
what I could see in low resolution maps (of moderate quality),
although in general COOT's "Place helix here" is doing well, it is not
always extending the helices all the way.
