it seems i have applied a transformation (perhaps an ncs operation) to an imol,
using transform-coords-molecule.

the coordinates appear untranformed in the display (i tried using copies of
imol to see any diffs).
so i am missing something - is there a screen refresh to run, is the
clipper:RTop format different from resolve,..?

(transform-coords-molecule 0 (list (list 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 0 -1) (list 2 0 0)))
works for me (and updates the display immediately).
