Hi Troy, I have used the ligand-protein contacts server http://bip.weizmann.ac.il/oca-bin/lpccsu/ many times with great success. The output lists of contacts can be copied into a spreadsheet, and then even sort based on res # column or similar to facilitate comparison as it sounds like you want to do. Good luck, Christina

I am wanting to compare the changes in contacts between Wt and multiple mutants and it would be a lot faster if I could initially compare them via a list then manually inspect the differences.
