Hello, I would like to install one of the latest coot builds on Debian squeeze. I tried binary-Linux-i686-ubuntu-6.06.1-python-gtk2 because ubuntu is often closest to Debian, but the i686 clashes with some of my x86_64 libraries.
Next I tried binary-Linux-x86_64-centos-5-python-gtk2, which asks for libssl.so.6. Could anyone point out which version centos mean by libssl.so.6? The latest openssl version is 1.0.0b, so I am a little confused and prefer to ask before setting an arbitrary link to my libssl.0.9.8. I am also curious what coot feature actually requires the ssl library?
