Hi All,

Having trouble getting Coot either stand alone version or the one loaded by
Phenix to access monomers such as DTT, glycerol, etc I assume through the CCP4
monomer library. If I insert the following in the phenix file, start_coot.sh:

DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/Applications/ccp4-6.1.13/lib:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
       export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH

will Coot now access the monomer library? I am running everything on a
Mac-Intel using Mac OS X 10.6.6

Any and all advice on setting up things properly would be greatly, greatly
appreciated.

Currently, my version of coot resides in:
/usr/local/bin/coot

Phenix resides in:
/Applications/phenix-1.7-634

CCP4 resides in:
/Applications/ccp4-6.1.13

I have set up phenix to call coot as specified above.

Thanks!
Joe
