I am using Coot on a MAC version 10.4.11, 2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Xeon, with the NVIDIA Quadro FX 4500 graphics card. The Hardware stereo works beautifully, but the hand is wrong (the alpha helices are left handed in stereo, but right handed, as they are supposed to be, in Mono). How does one fix this?
