This is an OSX windows manager/GTK problem. There is not much we can do
about it, although I have implemented some code which tries to do so
(not tested as I dont have a Mac). This is available in the pre-release
version (revision-around-last-december).

Dear Paul, Bernhard, everyone,
does everybody, like me, get the "select filename for saved coordinates"
window popping up under the main window, when trying to save a pdb file?
Is there a way to avoid it?
I'm using Coot 0.6.1, Miramar (revision 2740), on MacOS X 10.6.6.
