Good afternoon, has anybody installed coot via fink on the new MacBookPro 13" (MacOsX 10.6.7, new grafic card INTEL HD3000)? I had no errors during the installation and the program opens fine, but when I load a pdb and its maps (actually an mtz coming from refmac) and I try to go around the map with the ctrl key, the refresh is extemely slow. To test the system I used a small structure (106 aa) with maps extending to 1.6Å. When I say "extremely slow" I mean 3 to 5 seconds, while on my old G5 the navigation through this structure (and any other even much bigger) was very smooth without interruptions. Is there anything I am missing?
