Hi Paul et al,

Is this a successful result? The "OK" output and then the check for the
core dump combined with the 0 exit make things a bit ambiguous to me.

 $ /programs/i386-linux/coot/0.6.2-x86_64/bin/coot --self-test
COOT_PREFIX is /programs/i386-linux/coot/0.6.2-x86_64
/programs/i386-linux/coot/0.6.2-x86_64/bin/coot-real --self-test
Running internal self tests
 Clipper core   : OK
 Clipper contrib: OK
coot-exe: "/programs/i386-linux/coot/0.6.2-x86_64/bin/coot-real"
coot-version:

platform:
/bin/uname
core: #f
No core file found. No debugging
   This is not helpful.
   Please turn on core dumps before sending a crash report
 $ echo $?

There's no info on this in the manual either.
