[COOT] Broken bonds between MSE and neighboring residues in Coot 0.6.2 when updated to CCP4 6.2.0

Hi all,

I got broken bonds  between  MSE  and neighboring residues in Coot 0.6.2 under 
CCP4 6.2.0.
Coot worked well under CCP4 6.1.13,   when I updated ccp4 6.1.13 to 6.2.0, the 
problem raised.

OS info: 64bit OpenSuSE11.3

Could anybody help me ?
