Hi, I upgraded and compiled coot from the svn branch after a few months of using an older svn commit id. The new svn 3743 coot with python (build-it-gtk-simple python) on a 64 bit Ubuntu 10.04 box does not seem to load the map and pdb after a refmac run from inside of coot. The previous version ( probably rev around 3600) would run the refmac , popup the xloggraph and also load in the maps and toggle off old maps and toggle on new maps and models ( Very useful feature)
Is this particular to my coot build or did something change that I was not aware of. Thanks for your help in advance Hari
