Hi, I had recently installed the new 0.7 pre version of coot and so when I open COOT directly from PHENIX, the molprob clashes are shown. And as I refine the structure manually, the clashes are also updated automatically. However, I am unable to find such features if I open my pdb and mtz file from coot directly. The molprob function in the software does not update the clashes as I refine the model. So, may I know if there is a way to see the updated clashes as I refine my model in coot (without opening the file through PHENIX)?
