Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way to automatically load 2Fo-Fc maps at 1
sigma rmsd and load Fo-Fc maps at 3 sigma. It looks like all maps are set at
3sigma by default. When I look in a save state file after I load maps and
change the contouring I see it do something like:
(make-and-draw-map "path/to/map.mtz" "2FOFCWT" "PH2FOFCWT" "" 0 0)
(set-last-map-contour-level 2.21e-02)
(set-last-map-sigma-step 0.10)
Changing my .coot to include (set-contour-level-in-sigma 1.00) just crashes
coot, possibly because there are maps to change during startup. Does anyone
have a way to do this?
