I am having a few issues with Coot on OSX (Fink installed, 0.7-pre-1-4002).
Quite often, but not always, when I add a new residue to the N-terminus of my protein model (via Add Terminal Residue), Coot gets a little confused as to which direction to move when the spacebar is pressed - it tends to head in the wrong direction! Pressing 'p' and then spacebar doesn't help either. I have to save the coordinates, then reload the pdb, then everything is okay. I seem to remember some previous posts, with a very similar issue - but can't find them or a follow up. With thanks, Tony.
