The build-install-coot-from-scratch script mentioned here http://www.biop.ox.ac.uk/coot/build-install-coot-from-scratch.html
has a bug. It should be AUTOBUILD_INSTALLED, not AUTOBUILD_INSTALL, and binaries end up in ~/autobuild no matter how you define the latter. Also, the log-files go to $HOME/public_html. Could a commented out line be added that explicitly defines LOGS, e.g. #LOGS=$AUTOBUILD_BUILD/logs The script works as is, but it takes time to chase down the resulting binaries.
