That is tricky because your questions are confusing. I am not aware of
any version of refmac that would not accept HKLOUT keyword. Then you
ask how to save MTZ file "while in coot", which makes even less sense.
Unless you are running refmac from inside coot using the Azerbaijan flag
button - in which case the hklout is stored in coot-refmac subfolder.
