all of out DT molecules in out protein/dna complex are missing the methyl
group. Doing simple mutate to DT does not place the methyl on C5. the methyl is
C7. It does place the hydrogens that should be on the methyl, but they are not
connected to anything. You can test this by opening coot, placing DT anywhere 
and
simple mutate it to DT. the methyl disappears. Is there a work around. the 
dictionary is 
correct.
