so I guess you are looking for Linux binaries? the first address is good, just add "binaries" to it: http://www2.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/personal/pemsley/coot/binaries/ that's for x86_64 RHEL 6 binaries.
At least two distros have the latest release 0.7.1 packaged: Fedora and Arch Linux. And CCP4 nightly builds for Linux also come with Coot 0.7.1: http://devtools.fg.oisin.rc-harwell.ac.uk/nightly/ The download is slightly bigger (280 vs 180MB), but includes 200+ other programs and should work on all popular Linux distros not older than RHEL5 (x86 and x86-64). At least we hope so.
