[COOT] Cooting on Ubuntu 14.04 with Unity

Hi,

Today I eventually managed to get Ubuntu 14.04 to work so that I could 
feel your pain with the menus.

The solution is

$ export UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0

before running coot.

p.s. this also means that there will be nightly binary pre-releases of 
coot for Ubuntu 14.04.
