Any idea of how to fix this?
This was discussed in issue 33 - we don't know what the problem is. But
interestingly CCP4-pre-built binaries don't show the same problem, so it
is fixable... it's something to do with Adwaita.
This might work:
$ gtk-update-icon-cache /usr/local/share/icons/Adwaita
The trick is to get gtk-update-icon-cache.
