structure has DNA in it and the bases don't mutate (trying to go G -> C). The
log shows the following after clicking on the base I want in the mutate drop-down
menu:
This should never happen - badness in mci::get_standard_residue_instance(), we
selected 0 residues looking for residues of type :DU:
WARNING:: Oops - can't find standard residue for type DU
I see. I can reproduce the error. Thanks. I will try to get it fixed
shortly (currently teaching).
