Maybe it’s my old eyes, but I’ve found it difficult to see maps in coot 1 vs coot 0.9. Today I found that increasing the map line width:
coot.set_map_line_width(2) and increasing the brightness: Calculate > Map Tools > brighten maps make a huge difference for me. But I can’t figure out the python command to get or set the map brightness so I can add this to my preferences. Any advice?
