There was a problem with VM spawner yesterday.
The "listing" problem is tracked as bug/feature [1], feel free to hook
there. The Copr UI still doesn't count SRPM builds in statistics, and
doesn't list those in running/pending tab...
It started. No idea what happened.
I noticed the problem, started working on it ... in the meantime I noticed
your email, but later I forgot to let you know. Thanks for the report and
sorry for inconvenience.
