The createrepo_c trhoughput is low in your large project. We can not run
multiple createrepo_c processes concurrently on single project, and thus
all of the builders are waiting.. there is possible to do several
improvements. This issue has our priority now.
Glad to hear that, will build Python 3.9 soon to test this :D
