I used to get notifications of failed builds, but that no longer seems to
happen. I'm not sure what changed.
For example, please see [1]. There were a bunch of failed builds, and I only
found out about it when a user told me. I'd like to be proactive and fix
problems when they first occur. Is there a way to receive emails when a build
fails?
