No, there are no plans to change the location. However, we are not going to
use it for hosting build results. For some time [1], you are expected to access
the repositories through the CloudFront (CDN) repositories at:
https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/
This URL has established redirect rules, so it should continue working just
fine.
