We recently had our firewall setup mis-configured such that namenode's trash
expunge thread wasn't able to connect to itself for cleaning Trash.
Asking Trash Expunged time to be shown in dfsadmin -report.
(Asked for similar options on secondary namenode checkpoint time in HADOOP-1697)
