This patch has the following fixes over the previous patch:
1) skinconf.xml has the search domain as hadoop.apache.org (is
lucene.apache.org in the earlier patch).
2) streaming.xml has a link pointing to the earlier svn repos. This is fixed to
point to the new repos.
