hod allocate 3 ~/hod-clusters/test
hod deallocate ~/hod-clusters/test
this would be similar to
hadoop jar ...
hadoop distcp .....
If we define HOD_CLUSTER_DIR, isnt it bit error prone if you are managing
multiple clusters?
