Hmm. If the goal is to make commonly accessed stuff easily accessible from the
TLP page, then we might also add "Download", "News", and "Documentation" links
too, and then the organization might be by subproject rather than by topic. In
essence, we might provide a skeletal map of each project's site on this page.
Looking to see how other umbrellish projects handle this,
http://logging.apache.org/ and http://tomcat.apache.org/ expand things in the
left nav. It'd be nice if we could figure out how to get Forrest to have these
expanded by default...
