Distcp deleting target directory

Fix For: 0.16.2
I believe this happens when
1) src is a file and dst is a directory.
2) -update is set
% hadoop distcp -p -update hdfs://srcnn:9999/user/knoguchi/fileA
hdfs://dstnn:9999/user/knoguchi/dir
This will delete the hdfs://dstnn:9999/user/knoguchi/dir .
