Remember hadoop-2188 removes the client timeout.

On a second thought, I'd like to implement the call queue as a bounded buffer. 
Adding an entry to a full queue causes a thread to block and removing an entry 
from an empty queue also blocks the thread. So no more busy waiting and cleaner 
interface.
