Release Note: Build script was changed to make HOD versions follow Hadoop
version numbers. As a result of this change, the next version of HOD would not
be 0.5, but would be synchronized to the Hadoop version number. Users who rely
on the version number of HOD should note the unexpected jump in version numbers.
