Here is the proposed design for logging Inputsplits:
1. We can log input split details at the start of the job in initTasks().
2. Log them in Job history also, once for each tip.
Viewing split details on Web UI:
1. Input split details can be printed in a table in taskdetails.jsp whcih
prints all the attempts of a tip.
2. Similarly, the split details are printed in a table on
taskdetailshistory.jsp for viewing history.
