Hi there people, I was trying get the namenode formatted....and I keep getting this Java VM init error.
The only configuration I have made is in hadoop-env.sh as said in the docs: export JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/jre but everytime I do "bin/hadoop namenode -format" I get this error: Error occurred during initialization of VM Any ideas?
