Fix Version/s: (was: 0.17.0)
0.18.0
After a discussion with Karam, decided to move this out of the 0.17 queue
because this is a scenario that will not usually occur. However, given feedback
we are getting on HOD messages, we should fix this (possibly as part of a
larger error messages improvement process) for 0.18.
