+1 for Sameer's suggestion.
What should be the default behavior?
1. We can have mapred.task.prologue="" as default behavior. This would make no
ulimit setting on the streaming/pipes tasks.
2. We can have the existing default behavior, ie ulimit memory setting should
default to the -Xmx value. In this case 64-bit streaming app might have to
increase -Xmx value or make no prologue by mapred.task.prologue="none"
