Currently the code for querying the JobTracker for TaskCompletionEvents and
displaying useful information such as error logs and profiling information are
deeply buried in JobClient.runJob. This means applications which use
alternative interfaces to submit jobs i.e. JobClient.submitJob have to
reimplement this functionality. It would be useful to factor it out for the
sake of those applications...
