Hudson does check src/test (compile-core-test is run as part of the tar
target). However, Hudson counts the total number of javac warnings on trunk
and the total number with the patch and only complains if the total number of
javac warnings with the patch is higher than trunk. This means that if some
warnings are removed and some added, this mechanism won't detect the new
warnings.
