CreateEditsLog used for benchmark misses creating parent directories

Fix For: 0.19.0
CreateEditsLog generates a tree of directory structure while generating random
files for benchmarks. I see that when generating new directories for depth of
more than 2, we get a new directory name for parent directory. This was not
logged into edits makes it an invalid edits file.
