Attaching a patch.
This adds hyperlinks to taskdetailshistory jsp page (links to
stderr/stdout/syslog via tasklog servlet). For doing this, it adds a "INFO_URL"
key-val pair to jobhistory's MapAttempt and ReduceAttempt start event log
statements. Added a hyperlink to host and cleaned up error field so that it
looks better.
