1 correction: although customizable, I believe PATCH_DIR defaults to ~/tmp.
Chris, are you wondering why we're providing the findbugs xml file given you
probably just want the html file? The xml file is useful if you want to load
it into the findbugs application and be able to click thru to the src code.
