Should we deprecate UnixUGI.login(Configuration conf, boolean saveToConf) ?
Also, as decided in HADOOP-3698, we have now defined a AccessControlIOException
which is similar to AccessControlException in o.a.h.fs.permissions. Should we
also deprecate AccessControlException ?
