I gave this a quick try as it is definitely an improvement to the current
state. I documented how I think the FileSystem.get "filesystem handle cache"
?? works. Namely that within a single thread whenever calling fs.get with the
same params, the same handle is returned and it is not thread safe.
would be good if there was forrest docs for that that I could link to, but I
couldn't find anything.
