StreamingJob does not currently allow a libjars option although it does have
comparable options for file -> cacheFile and archive -> cacheArchive. This
improvement adds a libjars option to the StreamJob which takes a comma
separated list of jars to include in the streaming job. Jars are unjarred and
added to the classes of the streaming job.
