It seems interesting to me. And, I'm think about erlang interface to hadoop/hama.
Its an interesting language for coding in, very prology, string handling is almost worst than C, but it has good parallel and functional coding features. I'm doing some spare time erlangy stuff, and I have colleagues that have stopped saying "Ruby is the future" and now say "Erlang is the future".
Has anyone considered doing this?
In Apache, CouchDB is built on Erlang; there's also a MR framework from Nokia (Disco?) that is now OSS. Also, check out ErlyBird for doing Erlang coding.
