When creating a table the syntax to change delimiter does not work
ROW FORMAT DELIMITED
FIELDS TERMINATED BY \001
COLLECTION ITEMS TERMINATED BY \002
MAP KEYS TERMINATED BY \003
LINES TERMINATED BY \012
Hive accepts other delimiters but \001 'SOH' is still used as the delimiter.
