The core test failure is not due to the patch. It is the same as HADOOP-4378.
Since I don't have commit rights to branches, can some committer please help
and commit this to both the branch and trunk. One point to note is that HOD
tracks changes in the file src/contrib/hod/CHANGES.txt. The format of this is
same as the format of the main CHANGES.txt file. Please update this file when
doing the commit.
