For the scheduler log entries that are meant for human consumption, there are
definitely pros and cons as to whether to put them in the JobTracker log.
However, in a fashion similar to the job log history, it would be very nice if
the scheduler can output structured events and metrics into a separate file so
that it's easier to parse.
