Attaching patch with fix.
Hemant, as I'm not able reproduce this on my machine, can you apply this patch
and see if the test fails again.
One reason I could think is that client is inquiring for the clusterStatus,
while the JT is blacklisting. Also I changed _mapred.max.tracker.failures_ to
job level configuration in the test.
